A deal at the table takes about five seconds.

No typing card names, no spreadsheet after the show. You log it the moment the money changes hands.

  1. Snap

Point the camera at the card. One tap and the photo is saved.

  2. Type the price

Dollars first: 4, 5 is $45. Big keys you can hit without looking.

  3. Swipe left or right

Left is a buy, right is a sale. Stock and cash update straight away.

Everything a show dealer actually needs.

Built by a card shop for its own tables, then opened up to other dealers.

Deal mode

Snap a stack, enter each tag price, and see 90, 85, 80, 75 and 70 percent of it. Tick the number you agreed and it's logged.

Stock that keeps itself

Every buy lands in Stock with its photo, date and how long you've had it. When you sell, Quick Log suggests which card it was.

Cash on hand

Start the day with your float. Buys take money out, sales put it back, so you always know what should be in the box.

Safe to show customers

The screens a customer can see never show what you paid or your margin.

Card names, filled in for you

AI reads the photo and names the card in your Stock. Type over it any time.

Works with no signal

Convention centre basements are fine. Everything saves on the phone and syncs when you're back online.

Calculator for offers

Type what they're asking and see your percentages instantly, without logging anything.

A spreadsheet every night

On days with activity, the day's buys and sells land in your inbox at 9pm, named after the show.

Sell on eBay too? Turn on eBay mode.

Connect your own eBay account and Quick Log keeps your table and your listings in step.

When you buy

List it before you leave the table

Snap the front and back, type the player, set and price. The title builds itself and your shipping rules pick the postage.

When you sell

The eBay listing comes down

Sell a card at the show and Quick Log finds its eBay listing and ends it, or takes one off the quantity.

When it sells on eBay

It leaves your Stock

eBay sales come out of your Quick Log stock on their own, so you never sell the same card twice.

Nothing changes on eBay until you tap Yes. You see the listing's photo and title first, and there's an Undo if you pick the wrong one.

Two plans. Both start free.

Try everything for 7 days. Cancel any time.

Questions dealers ask.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Open Quick Log in your phone's browser, sign up, and add it to your home screen. It opens full screen like any other app. An App Store version is on the way.

What if there's no signal at the show?

Keep going. Every buy and sale is saved on your phone first and sent to your account as soon as you're back online.

Can a customer see what I paid?

No. The camera, deal and price screens never show your cost or margin. Your paid price stays hidden in Stock until you tap to reveal it.

Do I have to use eBay?

No. eBay mode is off until you turn it on. Without it, Quick Log is one photo, one price and one swipe.

Can my helper use it at the same table?

Yes. Sign in on two phones with the same account. Totals stay in step, and a card sold on one phone can't be sold again on the other.

Who can see my data?

Only you. Every account is kept completely separate. Read the privacy policy for the details.

Log your next show with it.
