Privacy Policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
The short version: we keep what you log so the app can work, we never sell it, there are no ads or trackers, and you can ask us to delete all of it at any time.
Who we are
Quick Log is made by Premium Sports Cards in Ontario, Canada. When this policy says "we", it means us. You can reach us at zack@premiumsportscards.ca about anything in this policy.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored scrambled, so nobody, including us, can read them.
- What you log: card photos (and back photos in eBay mode), prices, dates, the names you give your days, card names, your stock, and your cash entries and corrections.
- If you connect eBay: your eBay username and account ID, the access eBay gives Quick Log to manage your listings, your listing defaults and shipping rules, a short-lived copy of your active listings, and the eBay orders we read to take sold cards out of your stock.
- Feature suggestions you send us from the app.
- Error reports: if the app breaks, it sends us the error message, the app version, your account ID and your phone's browser type, so we can fix it. Error reports never include photos, prices or card details.
We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we don't collect your location.
How we use it
- To run the app: saving your log, keeping your stock and cash totals, and syncing between your phones.
- To name cards and match sales: card photos are sent to an AI service to read the card name and to suggest which stock card or eBay listing a sale is.
- To send emails you asked for: password resets and, if it's turned on for you, the nightly summary of your day.
- To do what you tell it to on eBay: list a card, end or reduce a listing, or put it back. Quick Log only changes your eBay listings after you confirm.
- To fix problems and improve Quick Log.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run Quick Log, and only what each one needs:
- Supabase stores your account, your log and your photos.
- Cloudflare serves the app and this website.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) reads card photos to name cards and match sales. It doesn't keep them to train its AI.
- Resend sends our emails.
- eBay, only if you connect your eBay account, and only to do what you ask.
Some of these services store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws there. We'd also share information if the law required us to.
Keeping it safe
Your log is walled off from every other account: the database itself refuses to show your entries to anyone else. Your eBay access is kept on our server and never sent to your phone. Everything travels over encrypted connections.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. We also keep nightly backups for 14 days so we can recover from a mistake, so deleted information can take up to 14 days to disappear from backups. Error reports are kept for up to a year.
Your choices
- See or correct it: everything you log is in the app, and you can edit or delete entries there.
- Get a copy: download your log as a spreadsheet from the Log tab, or email us for everything we hold.
- Delete it: email us and we'll delete your account and everything in it.
- Disconnect eBay: turn off eBay mode in Settings and we delete your eBay access straight away. If you close your eBay account, eBay tells us and we delete your eBay information automatically.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you have the right to see the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it. If you're not happy with how we've handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Payments
When paid plans start, payments will be handled by a payment provider. We'll never see or store your full card number.
Who Quick Log is for
Quick Log is a business tool for adults. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
