Terms of Service
Last updated October 16, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Premium Sports Cards ("we"), the maker of Quick Log, in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using Quick Log, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Quick Log.
What Quick Log is
Quick Log is an app for trading card dealers to log what they buy and sell, keep track of stock and cash, and, with eBay mode, list and end eBay listings. It's a record-keeping tool. It doesn't give pricing, tax or legal advice, and the numbers it shows are only as accurate as what you enter.
Your account
- You need to be at least 18 to use Quick Log.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including on any phone you sign in on.
- Tell us straight away at zack@premiumsportscards.ca if you think someone else has used your account.
Free trial and plans
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial.
- After the trial, Quick Log is $9.99 a month, or $19.99 a month with eBay mode, in Canadian dollars plus any taxes that apply.
- Plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and you'll keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give refunds for part of a month.
- If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next bill.
Your information
What you log is yours. You let us store and process it only to run Quick Log for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download it or ask us to delete it at any time.
eBay mode
- eBay mode is optional and works with your own eBay account. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings.
- Quick Log only lists, ends or changes an eBay listing after you confirm it in the app. Check the photo, title, price and shipping before you confirm. You're responsible for your listings and for following eBay's rules.
- The automatic "sold on eBay" update only changes your Quick Log stock, never your eBay listings.
- Quick Log isn't made, endorsed or supported by eBay. If eBay changes how its service works or limits access, some eBay features may stop working.
AI features
Quick Log uses AI to suggest card names, which stock card a sale is, and which eBay listing to end. These are suggestions and can be wrong. Always check them before you rely on them, especially before confirming anything on eBay.
Fair use
Don't use Quick Log to break the law, to sell stolen or counterfeit items, to try to get into other people's accounts or data, or to overload or interfere with the service. We can suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep Quick Log running and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Entries made with no signal are saved on your phone until they sync, so keep the app until it shows everything has been saved.
Liability
Quick Log is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect losses from using Quick Log, including listings that were ended, changed or not changed on eBay. Our total responsibility to you for anything related to Quick Log is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem happened. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Ending your account
You can stop using Quick Log and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Quick Log down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can download your information.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the changes take effect. Using Quick Log after that means you accept the new terms.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
